Retainer

The Firm cultivates its clients to become retainer clients and maintains a continuous relationship with them. For this purpose, the Firm enters into a General Retainer Agreement [GRA] with its clients which states the Firm’s covenant to serve as external legal counsel of, and to make available the different services offered by the Firm to, the client. For a fixed monthly retainer fee, the GRA covers the following services:

• Consultation and advice
• Preparation of ordinary contracts & other legal documents
• Rendering legal opinions
• Notarial services
• Other legal activities required in ordinary course of business
